Properties are within easy walking distance of Reading Town Centre, the University area and the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

Montague Street, a conservation area, is opposite Reading College (Technology, Art & Design and a Sixth Form Academy). 

Another land-mark:: Berkshire House is on the Kings Road, on the corner with  Montague Street.

Kings Road is the main road, leading into the Reading town centre from the East, the London direction.  It follows on from the junction of the A4 with the A329 (Cemetery Junction). 

Montague Street joins Kings Road to Eldon Terrace then Eldon Road, from which there is access to London Road.


Is usually on Wednesday mornings.

The A4  connects to the A329M the M4 "feeder" road, which gives access to the M4 at Junction 10.  This provides for journeys to the East for London and London Heathrow Airport and the M25 (other Airports). The M4 Westwards serves: Bristol, Cardiff, etc. There are good road connections to the South and North.


From Reading Station to London and London Heathrow Airport.


There is a bus stop almost directly on the corner of Montague Street with Kings Road.

One mile away is Reading Railway Station (town general/central). This provides fast and frequent services to London (Paddington). Other services include those to North and South and to London Gatwick Airport.
